Released simultaneously in both GarageBand for iOS and Logic Pro for iPad, The Cory Wong Producer Pack is the latest collection of audio goodies to land in your Sound Library.
Anyone familiar with Cory Wong will know how big of a departure this is from Apple’s usual 808 laden sound pack offerings.
For the uninitiated, this one is all about the Funk.
In the Cory Wong Sound Library Update you will find over 400 Apple Loops, 3 new Drum Kits and a new Live Loops Grid.
Best known for his Jazz and Funk flavoured solo releases, Cory has also loaned his unique brand of guitar expressionism to the likes of with Stay Human, The Fearless Flyers, Ben Rector, Dr. Mambo’s Combo, and Dave Matthews Band. Focussing on Jazz and Funk is definitely a unique choice for a GarageBand Producer Pack, and it may prove a refreshing change from the large number of electronic/hip hop themed packs currently available.
