  1. Hello Patrick. I have been following all your e-mails you send me and I would like to know is if you are going to send me a real book or a stupid E book. I hate E books

    1. James, print the ebooks and then take to your favorite office supply store and have it spiral bound.

  2. Thanks for always providing excellent tutorials. So much information to grasp, you take the bits and pieces and put them together very well.
    Thanks again.

  3. Hi Patrick

Once again an excellent informative tutorial. You are either the most altruistic person I have met or you work for the Garageband people. Either way, it doesn’t matter, you have made garageband possible for me and I am truly grateful.

I was wondering if you might consider doing a video on editing and mixing vocals. I think probably a lot of people would find that useful I personally am just having a bit of trouble getting them to sound as professional as I would like (a bit muggy).

Anyway, once again, many thanks for your help.

    regards
    David

  4. Hi Patrick,

Am I correct in assuming that this tutorial is only covering GarageBand for the Mac? Meaning the OSX version? I have the iPad Pro (the big one) with GarageBand and I’d like to get back into using it for my recordings (I’m a Windows PC guy). Are the pedal board features similar between the two versions; OSX and iOS?

    Thanks in advance!

    Ed

  5. Hey man, Awesome vids, love them! keep it up! Question for you – How do you add the Guitar effects to a Vocal Track…or a drum track?. The pedal icon doesn’t show up for those!

  6. Thanks for the tutorial. What I wonder is, how i can use a Wah-Pedal on an already recorded solo? It’s an awesome effect and of course it’s not a problem if you just activate e.g. a distortion pedal before recording a solo, but in case of modulation pedals like the Wah it’s not possible to to while recording, so you need to do it afterwards, but how do i do this?
Very thankful for help from anybody!

    Greetings, Alex

  7. HI,
I would like to reproduce the Big Harmonics sound, and was wondering if you could provide a real live pedal combination that would sound similar.
    Regards,
    GZ

  8. hi, juz wondering if you can add more than the presets in garageband pedals. or are there any that make presets for garageband pedals. I wanna add like say, acoustic sound pedals or others. Is that possible?
